Good news on the USDA Rural Development 100% loan: the income limits have been raised as of today.. They are divided into 2 groups:
1-4 Persons in Household and 5-8 persons in household...Wake, Johnston and Franklin county 88,400 (1-4) 116,700 (5-8)
Chatham, Durham and Orange: 82,000 (1-4) 108,250 (5-8)
This is really good news for all ...Since in the past...for ex. in Wake County a family of 2 could only make $68,900!!
