A real estate agent can help you understand everything you need to know about the home buying process... from looking at homes, to making the offer, to having the inspections and negotiating the repairs all the way to closing. Most buyers, especially first time buyers would like someone is can answer their questions knowledgable and be available during reasonable times.


Transactions today usually average about $250,000. If you had a $250,000 income tax problem, would you attempt to deal with it without the help of a certified professional accountant?
